Division Unlimited is a new project from rocker Dacian Miron. After being in bands and seeing the business Dacian felt like it was time to take a stand and change his approach to making music.
DACIAN'S TALKS ABOUT THE CREATION OF DIVISION UNLIMITED:
As a previous musician, I've come to acknowledge a lot of changes in the music industry. Almost everywhere i turned, i noticed that other bands and solo artists alike were taken advantage of by labels. They were expected to create a style of music that was 'trending'.
With that said, I continued to grow and develop into the person i am today. I decided to pursue a style of music that i was fond of, instead of playing something that someone else would expect. With the help of Rising Crowd Records, this has given me a chance to move forward with the direction of music I've wanted to create all along.
The name 'Division Unlimited' came into play as a simple concept. Everyone is different, we all lead a completely different lifestyle from one another. Based on all the conflict, pain, and difference of opinions between people in the world, I decided to take a step back and a look at the bigger picture.
Division is solely the trouble/dispute between people, and Unlimited follows because, there will never be peace as long as others think of themselves as exceptionally extraordinary above everyone else. |
